  • These all sound wonderful! Regardless of the recipe I use.... I always add a can of pumpkin puree. It doesn't change the flavor at all, but adds a ton of good fiber and vitamins and makes it thicker unless you add more liquid.

  • 300 to 385 calories. If I do the Carb Check bagel, then my fiber is about 20.... if not fiber is only 3. I concentrate more on protein. I add a vanilla protein powder to my coffee each morning to bump up my protein intake.

  • I think goal weight is personal to you. I really don't care what the BMI says.... do you feel good, and do you feel the weight 'fits' your body. You may get to 175 and feel like you could go more. That is a personal decision. I'm 5' 9" and over 40....I'm shooting for 175. I think it's more realistic than the 160's for me.
