okay Late check in for me. First big congrats on joining MFP. Often the first step is the hardest. My kids are now much older but I have been in your shoes. So here are some ideas. In the past I have use a stability ball and simple hand weights to get in my strength training. Cardio I had to totally rack my brain though so this is the best solution.…

I find that when I am hungry, most of the time it is me misreading the signals that my body is giving and i am actually thirsty. If I feel excessive hungry I try to drrink more water. 75% of the time I stop feeling hungry the other 25% I just figure I need a snack and eat a resonable snack of appx 100 to 130 calories.

Wow I also noticed the same thing but the next day I am hungry enough to eat a horse I really like the idea of grouping the days together so that i can eat when i am hungry. Thanks this is awesome

I agree with Vanessa, On WEdnesdays I eat my favorite foods in moderation. For me this means that I will have bacon ( I LOVE BACON!!!!) I will have a cookie I will have what ever I want in moderation ie one servings size But I also track it I don't feel guilty about the calories I figure that I earned them by being so…

I don't really know what is recommended but I have found that eating before exercise makes me feel sick to my stomach so I always eat afterwards. If I workout in the morning I will have a nutragrain bar and drink water about 30 minutes before. But even that can make me feel sick if I use the treadmill. Though I am normally…
