I do not have ankle weights, but i am interested in the Brazil Butt Lift exercises. Does it JUST work your legs and butt or is it an all over toning program?

I do these occasionally, but its never my buns that feel the burn, its my legs. I want something more targeted i guess, and possibly less on the knees then squats (or maybe i just dont know the proper form for squats and it causes pain in my knees?)

ALOT OF my lifting comes in this form. my son is 2 and a beastly 40lbs. I throw him over my shoulder, grab his ankles behind my back, let him slide down and before he touches the ground i grab him up through my legs and throw him back over my shoulder and do it again and again. I cannot do the pushups much less with him on…

I have limited space. and the ONLY time i can attempt lifting/excercise is a brief period of time in the morning when i wake up early before my son (He's 2). so i cannot be loud, or use a DVD. Thats why i am attempting lifting and specific exercises at the moment.

I tried googling Stronglift 5x5 but couldnt really find any info. on it that generally pointed me in the right direction. is starting strength a book or dvd?

How do you do a dead lift? I am not to the point in my leg and strength yet to do lunges with the 15lb weights, although i have done them with the 5lb weights. *Killer*

I too think i am built this way. I am 137.8 and still in 9/10 pants. I have the love handles and lower belly that i fight with though.

After I lost the first 40lbs.... it slowwwwwed way down. ive gone many months without loosing anything. But changes things around some days does me justice. i've lost between 55-60lbs total.. and have about 8lbs till my original goal weight but alot more toning to do.

Ive lost 55lbs... it has been a longer journey for me because i cheat on multiple occasions. i dont always deprive myself. But on a typical maintaining day I would stay around 1200. i'm 5'9- began at 195 and am currently 139.8.

is it possible for a food to contain traces of nuts and not state on the ingredients? the only reason I ask is because my son had another allergy break out, and ive read the ingredients on EVERYTHING before he ate it. Well... he took off when my son was 15 months after i had already put him through rehab and he got addicted one week after completely the program. he was gone until a few months ago and he has moved back to town and is trying to 'be a better dad'. i have given wayyy too much…

Thank you! allthough stress eating is definitally a life long thing im afraid... i have it ALOT more under control now than i did.... with the help of cleaner eating and educating myself MORE on clean eating. i know i have alot more to learn... but hopefully in time..
