I am sorry! Not that I am aware of.

Right now I am at 6 days a week doing Slim in 6. Level 1 was 34 minutes each day and I just started Level 2 yesterday which is 56 minutes. I took Saturday off for my birthday and Monday off because I was having some back pain.

Thank you very much. If you need anything else just let me know.

Thanks! Provide your stats (height/weight/age/bodyfat% if you know it/etc): 5'0/195/27/NA What's your current gross intake of calories, on average? Currently set at 1828 as I'm set with TDEE and do not add in exercise calories What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams? (GRAMS, not percent!):…

Thank you for this advice and your other post. I do drink a LOT of water. About 80-100oz a day if not more. I've nearly cut out all pop (I was a HUGE diet coke person, now I am down to half a pop a day at lunch so it's a big deal). Your info is great, I'll keep it in mind and thank you for the lack of judgements!

Sorry about that - I thought it was! It should be now!

The Slim in 6 program is new to me, I'm a week in so that is switching that up a bit. Little less cardio and a little more strength
-
Awesome story! :) I run but HATE it, I don't know if I could EVER like it!
-
has anyone done Slim in 6?

I just passed 475 days logging in.

Sounds like your are not eating enough. You are only eating 1500 cals? Are you eating back exercise cals? I'd be eating more.

I love this thread :) It's been a year and a half almost for me and I've only lost 36 pounds (lost 40 but gained a little back) but have lost 4 pant sizes. slow but steady.
-
I started Ripped in 30 but had to quit for some personal reasons. I do plan to do it again though. I was enjoying it.
-
After about the 4th day it gets better. I completed the 30DS a few weeks ago. Keep going!
-
I love that you mentioned that you are a slow loser, because I am too. Its been a year and almost 5 months for me and I've only lost 34lbs but slow and steady wins! Wonderful job!
-
I have one and LOVE it, but I wouldn't consider it a necessity. I would tell you however if you chose to get one, invest in a higher-end model, like a Polar. I had a cheap one first and it was just a piece of crap.

my boyfriend attempted to use a resistance band for the 30DS (yes, he also tried the 30DS, to support me, he didnt last long lol) and found it hard to do the exercises with the bands. The first 2 or 3 days I didn't have weights so I used soup cans lol.

Don't let anyone tell you that a certain poundage is pointless. Some people need to start lower than others. As for exercises, do push-ups, planks, bicep curls
-
First and only time was a completely embarrassing, scary, awful moment. NEVER again.
-
I just finished the 30DS and have started Ripped in 30. Jillian drives me nuts but I love her at the same time.
-
everything is logged. this was kind of hard for me at first because I used to do WW and veggies were not any points, but you need to track everything that you eat or drink!
-
Come on ladies! You can do it!!! Add me if you want! Just finished 30DS and am now doing Ripped in 30!
-
I typically worry more about Sat Fat than regular fat, because as you stated, some healthy foods have high fat content.

Make sure you have good shoes, a good (SLOW) pace and I think you could do it! And if you can't, than walk at a brisk pace. No shame.
