Please try to start eating more. There was a day recently where you only ate a little over 600 calories. This is not enough. Eat peanut butter, nuts, some dark chocolate, something. Stay hydrated, stay positive and stay full. Give yourself a break, give yourself goal gifts and give yourself bad foods once in awhile **oh, and just so you know, it may not happen fast....I'm almost a year and a half in and have only lost 35 pounds. But I have lost 4 pant sizes and made this a lifestyle, not a diet.

last time I checked, for woman (at least in the US), all different brand pant sizes vary and than on top of that, everyone carries their weight different. Me, I'm 5'0, started at 227 in a size 20. I'm now 194 and can wear a 14 BUT I can still wear my 18's too, they are just baggy. Everyone is different.

I go by what MFP gives, I'm at 1410 right now and eat back my exercise calories so typically aroudn 1600-1700 a day. I went up to 1700 for a little while but still didn't see any loss to went back down to 1410.

Such a numbers game. I went up to 1700 calories for a few weeks after not losing since November and still didn't lose anything, so I brought my cals back down!

I am trying to build my confidence to get into this style more! I feel like when more of my inches disappear I could do it! I just ordered a vintage/retro looking bathing suit in red and white polka dots! Can't wait!

I wonder why people feel the need to question why she wants to bring water or tell her she shouldn't "need" water. I suggest one of the bottles that straps around your hand. I am looking into one of these myself.

I've been at the 30DS for 23 days and I have to say, I have not lost a single pound. In fact, I've gained three...... However - feel free to add me and I have a comparison pic of me the day i started to about 15 or so days in. There was def a difference.
