I've learned if you obsess over it, you will continue to make mistakes. I have a pretty unforgiving boss when it comes to mistakes and they are often brought up again after the fact. I weigh every day usually, out of habit more than anything. I log when I loose from whatever my previous lowest weight was. I typically log Thursday or Fridays.

4 days is not enough, especially if you are not eating right too. Track your food using MFP, track your exercise, eat your exercise calories back and you will start seeing results.

Don't start over. Just add in some outside running. But start off slow outside. To me, there was a difference, the uneven ground, the heat/humidity, etc. But it's not impossible, it'll just take a little bit of training, JUST like when you started inside.

to reduce belly flab you have to reduce body fat all over. so keep up with what you are doing! and eat good as well! the things you are doing now are good, but I do also suggest the biking. I know my gym has a bike that has a back on it so you aren't stressing your back by having to sit straight up at all time.
