Hmm, if you mention strength, do you lift weights? have you noticed you can lift heaver over time? I still got plenty of fat covering my muscles but I certainly went from 8 pound dumbells to 13 pound ones, so I know I got more strength.

It depends, if you are "vegan" for health, then that's just being plant based, you can be healthy eating other stuff. If however you are vegan for ethical reasons, well it's a bit tricky, I try to keep the carbs "low" for my macros, but the lowest I can manage is around 148 grams, no less. Like, focusing more on those cos we are usually..quad dominant or? Cos if it's "spot reduce" that won't happen. Now, besides the above..try them all with a sumo position,at least for me it makes a difference :3 Can't do lunges for my left knee,I do wide stance squats,not sumo but def not with my feet pointing straight.

I think it can be done, I am just 6 weeks into maintenance calorie intake,lifting heavy of course and 3 lbs have gone , stomach is looking a bit better, I've heard recomp takes a while but it's ok, cos it's slow but sure,instead of super fast and maybe having the eh rebound thing

Stomach has some flexibility. I used to eat little,too little,now I -have- to eat way more to perform properly at gym,at first I couldn't , so I make 6 meals now to make room for all of it xD

Yes,thing is it's kinda silly cos well you need a ton of veggies to make a big number,but yes I count all, except the 3 slices of onion I added to some taco cos i don't have a scale that is THAT accurate yet,that is why.
