For some silly *kitten* warm up I went and did 50 , but it gets boring,well back then it made me buuuurn,now well it kinda stings but ,when doing it with a barbell that doesn't have plates already feels like no weight is added.

I did some CF,for a few months,one does get super hungry, you gotta eat enough or else muscle will go bye bye but it's easy to eat more than needed ,specially afterwards,so I suggest you check out the TDEE and work based on it logging the food. :3

I agree, compound lifts amazingly increase core strenght, can't do them deadlifts with a loose relaxed core ehh? I do have an abs day, which is fun,it's also the day I do tire flipping.

wow 2,600, no I do have a cheat meal but it won't go beyond some extra 200-300 maybe calories, I don't like overdoing it, I'm having chilaquiles tonight, that's about as wild as I go. I love my cheat meal once a week,sometimes twice but I try to keep it healthysh, and not over the top.
