Working out does encourage the body to spend more calories,eh not so much with some but yeah, "diet" is important but i think you wanna do exercise so you will look even better while losing weight ne? Core training is good overall cos well a strong core helps you do even more stuff, I train this by doing DL,quats and stuff…

Yes, my right side of the stomach feels fattier :P but it's kinda getting even now
-
In one 1300 in one 1,270 My coach did some math adding what he knows i do, and gave me a total TDEE is called ? of 2,200. with a BMR of 1200
-
I find it best to work all your body, how and how often that's up to you, for example, I do DL,squats, but somehow I'm focusing more on glutes right now,not forgetting shoulders or triceps or chest, but the leg day is inclined towards glutes, but you can't work that butt without using your legs ( that I can think of )

Well I prefer gym cos i don't really feel like doing stuff at my home and I'd need a bar and some plates haha and a dip station..and well yes truck tire, stuff I am not willing to buy so gym for me. Then again if you had a partner you could do stuff at home or in the open air,I started with tae-bo at my living room.

Hi, I was wondering the same, not about the italian breadcrumbs though haha, but to calories in homemade food and well, turns out there is a Recipe section on the Food tab on MFP and you can enter the stuff there, how cool is that?
-
I try to hit half my intake by half day :P well by lunch you could say,but I try to make one bigger food, the next smaller,so the dinner can be really light and i can sleep sound
-
I hear you. I don't make it to my 2.2 k calorie goal most of the times
-
I am starting this active rest day thing, but I can't swimm or bike..so I was thinking walking around the park may be ok? haha sounds so lame D:
-
I do follow my TDEE but I'm trying this eh cycle carb or something, since I'm attempting recomp I guess? So on true rest day I will eat like 500 calories less, cos like today,i just read a book and used my pc i did NOTHING more. on active rest day I'd eat normally

I'd recommend you lift a biit heavier, and I'd cut down the cardio a bit,oh well it's how I did it . 100 lbs for leg press seems very little then again I don't remember how much I did at first.
-
I have a cheat meal once a week, a whole cheat day seems a bit too much for me .
-
Well I'd use your true ability to gain muscle easily as an advantage, and go that route. Go with what works with your body, you cant spot treate your belly unless you get lipo. [/quote] Having a bit more of strong abdominal muscles will make the overall stomach look better actually... like seriously.
-
Yay so it's not too rare of a thing, it's just them muscles being fabulous.
-
I feel my core on fire when I deadlift it's also engaged when I squat hmmm yeah
-
Ugh damn those lbs..let me try to make it right Squats- 120 lbs x 10 Deadlifts- Just started serious with this so a mere 70lbs x 10 Shoulder press- 44 lbs x 8 Bicep Curl- with bar it's ... 40 lbs from bar and hum 5 more lbs from plates. with dumbells it's... 20 lbs? something like it x 8 Lat pulldown- 75 lbs x 8 Bench…

I add some functional training to my usual weight lifting, I eat cleanish in the sense that yes, i do eat packaged food ,but it's ok cos it doesn't have 1000 ingredients nor is high in sugar or sodium and it does help me up my protein intake ( vegan here ) the rest is fruits, veggies, legumes, seeds, grains, etc. I workout 5-6…
-
Awesome, share your tips on that
-
I have dichted some stuff like : soda packaged juices food super sugary and super salty For the rest ,, I've looked for better options : bread - whole grain bread rice - brown rice ( except for sushi, that is,but I eat sushi every..I don't even know anymore ) chocolate - chocolate with 80% or more Cacao pasta - whole wheat…
-
I eat a decent serving of nuts/almonds as one of my meals, but I don't think one can limit to one kind of food
-
Well I just said it's good considering it's plant based, I don't eat animal products whatsoever so it is good.
-
Hmmm isn't that some sort of muscle outline? I have something similar I think, it is more pronounced in one leg than in the other :open_mouth:
-
Under clothes, can change my shirt in the middle of the gym now though, that's as far as i get . ( when ladies won't let locker room free soon!)
-
It is actually good, when mixed with cacao,I didn't watch the show so I don't know how that one is made...
-
Oh no,well I'm a vegan too, I used to be scared of fats but ahm they are necessary, I do have a handsome ( enough ) amount of nuts and avocado when I can, I also enjoy whole wheat bread or pasta, brown rice, legumes plenty, and vegan goodies like sausauges, nuggets, also fresh salads and even cookies now and then so, I had…
-
I'd try adding more hmm less pizza and soda and more vegs, fruits, nuts, seeds etc not telling ya to completely give up on it,for I've understood that's discouraged here,I think you can have it but eating less and you add more of the other stuff. :)
-
Well it's really personal, like,I do love vegetables but trying to get 1000 calories outta broccoli..well it's hard, so I add tons of legumes, whole grain cereals, fruit here and there and some goodies like vegan sausages and nuggets, I don't think people should go like "no carb no fat" or something, I like bread but I won't…
-
No, he is harsh for sure but he has his opinion, and well, being too bland may not be good either. then again bashing and being like this may not be good either. but the whole fat embrace movement or whatever does get on my nerves, people aren't less for being fat,but being like "yay i'm 300 lbs and it's so ok!" no it's not
-
I am now gonna google for those twins... jokes aside I love dips, but pull ups and push ups are good too :disappointed:
-
Cool :D I can't fit skinny jeans anymore, due to muscle mass, but that's ok so yay for all of us
