Oh I never hit failure,well yes,sometimes when I'm adding weight,but I don't over do it cos if I do then I can't perform as well :smile:

I agree,I used to think if it didn't feel like dying I was being lazy but now, if it feels "easy" I add more weight or reps or increase ROM,I do get tired,sweat and oh lord ,leg day is never chill,but I am not super ultra sore all the time, just today, damn those romanian deadlifts.

I'm 5'1 I think I still qualify, well yes, I find it that if I gain fat I look like 1000 million times rounder since I'm short, I'm at 130 lbs now but it's not so much fat so I guess it's ok.

I rest on sundays but like, if i am gonna have a suuuper busy saturday or well any other day I rest it, like yesterday I literally fell asleep for 3 hours, not gonna be stubborn when my body is exhausted.

Hmm I still don't get why going vegetarian if it's gonna be a short while thing, in that case just add a lot of veggies,nuts and stuff, I was a vegetarian for 13 years,now vegan for 2, it has little to do with weight and stuff, you gotta work that butt to get in shape,also mind what you eat. :3 low carb xD not gonna happen…

It does happen, I have cheat meals,once a week or so, but it's like, nothing too "bad" cos I am not used to that anymore nor do I want it. so my idea of a cheat meal is ...like chocolate ice cream,the kind with no milk and with a 72% of cacao xD

Hmm at first, but it kinda goes away..I just try to make it better, like no french fries,but homemade potatoes with lil oil, spinachs, paprika,green beans and yeah stuff like that

Not bulky,if you say that cos you've read S shirts don't fit so well for girls who lift or cos skinny jeans are IMPOSSIBLE to get in,well yeah, cos those are not designed for girls who do aNY lifting, it doesn't mean you are "big". Been lifting for 3 years, biceps won't go bigger than 26 cms, what has changed is % body…
