Arguing with parents about food....they don't understand that I find it hard to live in a chocolate loving, crisp loving, house haha!

I follow you on tumblr, find you such an inspiration :) well done!

I lost about 6lbs, with a start of 180

You look great and this just gave me even more incentive to complete c25k. Congratulations :)
-
Oh that makes sense, thank you :)
-
I've decided to keep it open because I did it motivates me to eat a little better :)

I found this very inspirational, thank you! I'm downloading the app right as we speak :)

I just bought some Nike trainers and a VERY sturdy sports bra (DDs bounce!) so I'm pretty set in that department! :) I just looked up C25K thing online and it looks great - just the kind of pace I'm looking for! Is the audio/app thing free or expensive?

Also to the people saying they notice people shows - mine are purple with neon orange laces haha! Plus I left on the tags yesterday - so dozy!

I'm loving some of these running anecdotes and they're making me feel better about jogging in public - I too went in the dark haha! When the tracks near me dry up I'll start using them though - I got some running shoes that are apparently good for 'trail running' as well as on hard surfaces :) my goal is to be abl to…

Thanks! Yeah, I have a lot of very serious joggers in my area and they made me feel a bit slow haha, but hopefully I will be like them soon! I think it's just because obviously I am not happy with the way I look and I hate the idea of people I know seeing me panting along! I bought a running cd to put on my iPod which…

Youy look so beautiful now! I find this very inspirational as my start weight was 178lb, so similar :)

A woman at my work noticed just a month after I started, which felt great and was an excellent motivator - I found it more exciting than noticing weight go off myself! Well done :)

Amzing results!

When on 30DS I lost several inches and had a noticeable difference, but I didn't have a strict diet plan. I just stuck to like max. 1 snack a day and controlled my portions and didnt eat junk food like mcdonalds or take away food :)

I literallt hate most of Level 2, I was never motivated to do it. However I enjoy Level 3, Jillian and the girls also seem more fun on this level!

When I say eating 'bad' I mean, I'm eating the same foods I was before...an example day of food for me would be like: Breakfast: Muller corner yoghurt Lunch: something like a chicken mayo sandwhich, white bread Dinner: Big portion of something like Lasagne, Sunday Roast...etc. Snacks: A packet of crisps or a chocolate bar…

Also, I want my food habits to change FOR LIFE, so I don't want to cut out everything forever!

Thank you! Although I know you can't really just lose weight in certain spots i imagine working certain muscles in certain areas speeds it along a bit! My stomach is untoned as are my thighs so this is a place I'd really like to focus on :) I'll probably get a couple more DVDs and mix them up a bit, and bump up the extra…

I'm on day 13 and I've already lost 4lb and an inch off my waist and hips - I'd recommend it to anyone and am amazed how well it's kick started my weight loss. I havent eaten extremely healthy, just less snacking and gorging, and I'm 172lb and 5'6.

I haven't - I'd love to but I was just wondering, by just maintaining the DVDs and occasional biking will I hit a weight loss 'wall' where I just stop losing?! I want my loss to be a lifestyle change that lasts for life. Are there any of Jillian's DVDs that focus particularly on the lower body for toning? Thank you!
