I'm 5'4" HW 160 CW 134 The picture in the striped shirt is 153 - 155lb? Blue shirt I'm around 140 and the next one is 134. I'm shooting for 125 and/or less body fat. It's taken me about 7 months to lose close to 19 pounds but it's still a win:

that's awesome! Thanks for sharing! I'm the same height and was the same starting weight too so it's encouraging to see pics of someone who's done it.

Great list. #7 really resonated with me.

I quit in August 2014 and put on 10lbs, mostly because everything tasted delicious. I've been steadily hitting the gym since November and lost that weight. The key (for me) was to keep my brain busy (boredom = smoking), drink lots of peppermint tea and water and keep an eye on what I was eating. You'll do great. Don't beat…

ugh - I wish my stomach looked like yours. Great job!

That's awesome! My stats are the same as yours so it's motivational to see it can be done. Thanks for sharing

MFP actually inspired me to hire a personal trainer to teach me how to do heavy lifting. I tell everyone regardless of the comments I receive because I'm proud that my body can do this. One of my guy friends grabbed my bicep the other day so I flexed and my arm was actually harder than his. He told me that my muscles were…

Hello! I'm on Round Two as well. Got myself a desk job at the beginning of the year, stopped working out months before that and now I've got about 20 - 30lbs I want to lose. Feel free to add me. I try and make it to the gym about 4- 5times a week and I'm going to start adding some runs in as well. I know I could use some…

Just this morning I put on a pair of pants that I haven't been able to button up in a year and they are loose! I was dancing around in my kitchen, wondering who I could share that with that would actually care and along comes this beautifully timed post. Woot!

How's everyone doing so far? I've started Level 2 Day 1 - ouch!
-
I just dropped a whole dress size and this morning I noticed that the sleeves on my shirt were loose around my upper arms! Small things but they keep me motivated!

I'm feeling the same way and I think it's because I'm not getting enough calories. I'm upping my intake today in hopes that it will up my energy levels too
-
Thanks! It feels great I did miss yesterday's workout but I was running in the Rugged Maniac (5K obstacle run). Will see if my knees can handle a workout today!
-
Finished Day 5 of level 1. I've already lost close to an inch around my waist. That bit of knowledge was the only thing that got me through the workout today. ugh. no energy
-
I'm on Day 4 and feeling very good about this! I'm also putting in at least 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I go straight to the video.
-
And done! I liked this. Adding this to my daily routine

So glad to see you on here! This website has been a great tool for helping me determine what I'm actually putting in my face and how much exercise I'm truly getting in daily. You seem to have the exercise stuff down pat and the food part will follow! If you haven't already, make sure to friend Angel on here - she's great…

Lucky Jeans are also good but a tailor can help you inexpensively alter the waist.
