I'm frustrated with myself for giving up for almost a year. I've only gone up five pounds in that time but I can see it on my body - my confidence has taken a big hit! But time to step that game up. Run off that frustration! ;)

Hey guys! I'm a little late to the party but I'm in :) I'd like to lose maybe 7lbs by the end of the month. Or at least lose a few inches!! I'll take either one. :) 5'9" 167 - want to be 160 at the end of this! Measurements - 36.5 (chest), 30 (waist), 38 (hips)

I got down to 160 about two months ago and finally got around to taking a picture just today. So it took like a year and a little bit :)

I've been getting the individual Oikos ones with fruit on the bottom. So far my favourite is the Pomegranate Raspberry one! Soo tasty. The fat free ones are pretty okay too but I almost feel like the ones with fat are worth it since I generally don't go over my fat allowance anyways. I've been trying to decide if the sugar…
