great job!! i'm only on day 4 but I definitely feel some improvements too, though they're not showing yet ;) the push ups are indeed getting easier and easier, love it! keep up the good work :)

no, breathing wise I'm fine! the cardio and abs bits are the easiest for me, it's the strength training that kills me! I find it weird that I'm not too sore, but I think I can live with it ;) I know I'm working hard because EVERYTHING hurts during the exercises!

wooop, just finished day 2 feel SO much better than before doing it, weird right? proud but sweaty now, hah wow, that's great commitment right there! I'm sure you'll get through it :)
