i'm still here! i'll be starting level 3 today or tomorrow, hope i can make it today. i can't wait to finish the shred and just be super proud of myself :)

yay i'm done with level 2 as well! wooo, didn't think i'd make it. so glad to be moving on to 3 though, hated this level. level 3 looks hard as hell though.. can't wait :D

oh my god, just finished level 1 and scanned through level 2.. i am SO dreading it, haha. but looking forward to it as well. i love the feeling of getting stronger and fitter each day! can't wait for tomorrow :)

just finished level 1, YEAH!! feels so good. i totally gave it my all today, because i felt so strong for even getting this far, haha. i love how i completely pushed myself to the limit during the workout yet i am much sooner recovered afterwards than i was in the beginning. nice job finishing level 1 everyone :D

haha yesss i really love/need the little break as well, but it's starting to make me feel a bit guilty. i just have a feeling i'm not doing something right and I DON'T WANT TO PHONE THIS IN! haha. jillian is getting on my nerves, ugh ;)

same here, i can do everything now without wanting to give up every single second, yet i'm still dripping with sweat too! love it. on to day 10, can't wait to start level 2 though I am also dreading it, hehe.

as i went on a short trip this weekend i wasn't able to do my workouts, but i'll be doing 9 today and 10 tomorrow! cannot wait for level 2 to start!

me too! i feel awesome, i totally didn't die today, yessss. it's getting so much better already. and i'm loving the definition that my biceps and abs are already getting, woo!

so, i'm EXACTLY the same, haha. how is this even possible. let's hope it's muscle gain, haha. i do feel stronger and leaner actually. my stomach looks flatter and my arms more defined (let's not talk about the legs, haha). i do wish i would've had a little bit of loss, but hey, there's always next week! we'll see..

i felt SO much stronger doing the workout today, YES! and i indeed drowned jillian out and put on some great workout music and had some motivational pictures running on the computer as well, haha. i'm feeling great :)

great job! i really wanted to do it today even though i had planned a rest day as well, cus i ate so much haha. i didn't have my weights so it was wayyyy easier, can't believe how much of a difference they make, wow. but i'm still super glad i worked out on my rest day :D
