I've been doing it for about 2 months and I LOVE it! It is a fantastic exercise. My classes seem to vary each time I go. Sometimes it's more of the footwork and transitions which I log as dance. I'm on week 5. Took me a couple weeks to get past week 4 and it looks like I might hang out at week 5 for an extra week. But I have come a LONG way since week 1!
