I am definitely trying to increase our vegetarian protein sources. Too much meat does have negative effects, regardless of the latest trends might say. I discovered I might have PCOS after having trouble breastfeeding my daughter. I haven't been diagnosed, but it's good to know that if I am there is a community here with lots of knowledge.

My baby is 9 months old, and I had gained around 50lbs when all was said and done. Ugh.
