  • Hi - It sounds like they are saying that all the parts have the same nutritional content. So, if 28g of the product (any part) has 160 calories, then that means 5.71 calories per gram. If you just ate one egg that was 18g, then 5.71 x 18 = 102.8 calories. So: 160 calories per 28g = 160/28 = 5.71 calories per 1 g 18g x 5.71…
  • Hi - I too have lower back issues although not as severe as it sounds like yours may be ... this is not a direct answer to your question, but I find that gentle yoga (I prefer Iyengar) helps ENORMOUSLY with my back. If I stay on top of my yoga routine, I'm better able to do other exercises (or other physical activities)…
