Thoroughly Confused??

I got this Easter Lindt bunny thing for Easter and I am SO baffled at the nutritional info.

It comes with:

1x100g Gold bunny
3x18g Milk chocolate Lindor eggs
3x18g Milk chocolate Cresta eggs
2x18g Milk chocolate Vanilla Truffle eggs
2x18g Milk chocolate Nougat eggs

Now the nutritional information says:

Per 1/10 product (28g)

Calories: 160
Fat: 11g
Cholesterol: 5mg
Sodium: 20mg
Carbs: 14g
Sugar: 14g
Protein: 2g

What is 1/10th of the product?? It can't be 1 egg since 1 egg is just 18g and it can't be 2 eggs because 18+18=36. I'm sooooo confused! I just ate one egg. How many calories did I consume? Please help!

Hi - It sounds like they are saying that all the parts have the same nutritional content. So, if 28g of the product (any part) has 160 calories, then that means 5.71 calories per gram. If you just ate one egg that was 18g, then 5.71 x 18 = 102.8 calories.

    So:
    160 calories per 28g = 160/28 = 5.71 calories per 1 g
    18g x 5.71 cal/g = 102.8 calories

Make sense? (Was that your question?) You can do the same thing for all the other nutritional values (fat, sugar, etc.)

Or you could give the whole box to a friend and go get an ice cream. :)
