No because they might have a policy that they are suppose to ask. Even though they know you, they might get in trouble or lose their job if they do not follow the policy, and ask for the ID. I would see it as they are doing their job. Now if they wanted to see my ID and look at my weight, well that would just be rude!

Thank you for sharing your story. You look great in both pictures. It is amazing how someone who is already so tiny can change shape through clean eating. I hope that I see the benefits in my own life from eating clean. I am probably going o be 95% clean.

I think we like what we are familiar with. Try to eat healthier, you you will hopefully learn to like new foods.

Have you tried Ezekiel bread? It is my saving grace cutting out breads. It is gluten free flour less bread it is so yummy toasted. Or I used it to make a pizza with one slice of bread a little sauce, and lots of veggies and a pinch of cheese.

I am trying to lose about 20-25 pounds. I have already lost some weight by eating a low calorie, healthy diet. I am trying to stay away from anything processed. I am feeling a lot better. I am hoping by May I am down to my goal weight. I am only going to do low impact exercise while on the low calorie. Once I hit the point…

Maybe cut your carbs? My struggle is breads. I just cut them out and in a few days have lost almost 3 pounds. I am trying to eat 95% clean. I am interested to hear what others opinions are. I am not eating anything with sugar added in either.
