  • Sue from Dublin. Started this 3 years ago before I turned the big 4-0. Lost 3 stone. Passed by driving test, changed jobs, stuggled through my mum's illness and death and now have 2 stone to go again! Doc's orders to lose a stone as family history of diabetes. Determined to do it this time.

  • I'm not a huge fan of carbonated drinks - have the very rare diet coke but I prefer to mix fruit juice with some sparkling water. Key is to take it all one step at a time - don't look at the big picture - plan a day ahead and stick to it.
