And the recipe is a one-serving recipe. You can up the amounts of rice and vegetables and eggs for more people. You shouldn't need very much oil on a teflon pan, just enough so that the egg doesn't stick.

The most I ever weighed was aroung 197-200 lbs. I was only around 5'1''-5'2'' and I was 14 years old. Now I'm 148 lbs. and my goal weight is 120. But even more than my goal weight, I want to look good. If that means 150, 130 or even 135, heck, I'll be happy!

Only in some cases, but not all. I've seen a million B&A pics of women who look just like me, and they were able to save their tummys. If they can do it, I can.

For lunch I usually just do things like yogurt, string cheese, triscuts, granola bars, etc. But I really like to eat 1/2 a can of fruit with less sugar in light syrup mixed with 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese.
