I have that too. When i lost about 20 pounds a while ago, it was less defined.

Do you eat a lot of fruit? Because i do and i allllways go over my sugar amount. But fruit sugar is good sugar. If you dont eat a lot of fruit and it's just refined sugar, you should just start eating more proteins and fats. Eat more things like lean meat, eggs, nuts, vegetables, yogurt, etc.

I used the elliptical for about a month (30 min each time) 5 days a week and weights 4 days a week and barely saw progress. I stopped doing that and started running 4 miles everyday, ab workouts, and yoga and saw results wayyyy faster. Elliptical doesnt work for me lol.

Lose 15 more pounds, eat more protein and have a nice bum and visible abs ;). A lot of goals lol
