Trying to eat more
So right now i eat about 1300-1700 cals a day (depending on exercise or if im just more hungry :) . But recently i just havent been eating enough. I want to eat less carbs but a lot of the food im eating isnt high in calories. Should i force myself to et more or just listen to my body? I'm 17 5'3 and weigh 125 pounds. And…
