So right now i eat about 1300-1700 cals a day (depending on exercise or if im just more hungry . But recently i just havent been eating enough. I want to eat less carbs but a lot of the food im eating isnt high in calories. Should i force myself to et more or just listen to my body? I'm 17 5'3 and weigh 125 pounds. And my goal weight in 105 pounds.

You can add little sides to your main meals to top up your calories .
Eg : A banana at breakfast can give you around 90 calories.
A slice of bread at lunch can add another 100.
Snack on nuts, which can top up your calories.0 -
If you haven't been eating enough then try adding more calorie dense foods, i.e. ...
1) avocado
2) nuts
3) nut butter
4) olives
5) olive oil
6) tahini
7) hummus
8) seeds
9) fatty fish
10) whole milk and full fat dairy products0
