for me its my boys. i want to be fit enough to be able to play with them and be healthy for them and to have them grow up healthy. also now that i have started i love the way i feel and i remember how i use to feel. when i dont want to exercise i think how i used to feel and it gets me moving again.

likely a lot of it was water loss before or is water gain now or maybe a combination of it unless you have really bee hugely over eating for that time. Next dont try to lose 110 lbs. take a realistic and manageable goal. Say to re lose the 25 lbs or 10 or 15 or what ever in 4 or 5 months, maybe even 6 months then reassess…

eating less may cause it. make sure your being accurate with measurements and or amounts and all calories taken in, eat what is recommended and keep at it, it will break in time. could it be salt/water retention
