Hi all, Happy 4th! If you need more support do comment on this thread and I'll add you to our group. Our group is steadily growing but 250 still a lot smaller than this main group you do get to know people! Please ask group for advice on EM2WL or on any other issues. I just started a topic on summer salads for example.

Welcome to EM@WL support group 2013 Sorry it took a while to get back to you it's been a rough! week here in Boston but luckily things are going back to normal!

I gained 4 pounds when I weighed 3 weeks ago and even a week later I was very frustrated with scale but decided to not weigh my self till this week and now I'm back down again. So my advice eat healthy, and lots of water and wait at least 2 weeks to weigh yourself again. Also good to keep track of measurements.

I do this too- but on a particularly hard work out day I sometimes let mfp give me 100 more calories that way I don't go over calories but still get extra energy. Especially necessary if I go for a long day hike -I will need to eat more calories but hate to see mfp tell me I've gone over.

While it's true that majority of our members are currently women I just wanted to repeat: EM2WL 2013 support group (82 members strong!) is a space for men and women of all ages seeking thoughtful/helpful encouragement in their EM2WL journey.

This group is much smaller 70 vs over 8000 in main group! in this smaller community you get to know people better. One reason group number is down is its a private group. Hi- just an update - the EM2WL 2013 support group is going well we now have over 60 members and great discussions ranging from eating enough protein, re-set/TDEE to getting enough sleep! If your new to EM2WL or just need more friends/support please request to join our group!
