Thanks! I'm ready to feel healthy again. I'm just so sick of myself at this point! I was looking at some of my old photoshoots today, and it is almost unbelievable how far I've let myself go! I used to say if I see the weight gain I'll stop it immediately, but now it's just not that easy. :[ I've added you! Thanks!!

I've been really inconsistent with my Ripped in 30 usage. I did it straight for about a week.. hurt my ankle, fell off for about a week, now i'm just finally finishing up week 1 AGAIN. Today i'm re-starting week 2 and also am starting the C25K program. We'll see how it goes!

I just downloaded the APP myself, and plan to start today. I don't think one days difference will really matter.. I'm on board!

Oh the running man gets you? Its the front lunges with bicep curls that KILL ME. Its only when i get to the last curcuit i really have a hard time.

I actually just started doing this about two weeks ago. However i'm so far out of shape that i wanted to do week 1 for two weeks. So i'm halfway through my second week of week 1. I'll keep this thread around definitely.
