Trying to get back on track.

I got married a few months ago, and for my wedding, I lost about 15 pounds or so. I was very serious about the weight loss, and had extreme motivation.. Well now i'm married, gained the weight back, and need to re-pump myself. I plan to start "ripped in 30" over again starting tonight when i get home. I have set reminders on my phone for every day so i can remember to track and log my workout and food diary. Next week i'm going to start trying to get into running again, and i loved it in highschool a whole bunch...

My main goal, is to feel like I can get into Modeling again. I started doing it a lot, but fell off... I was told I have a lot of potential... but I just gave up! I don't necessarily want to model again, but I do want to feel like I could if i really wanted too... okay i'll stop..

Please add me!! I'm very serious about this. NO MORE DWELLING ON WHAT I CAN CHANGE. Time to change it!

    Congratulations for getting back on track! I am starting to do the same as well :) Feels good to lose the pounds, better then it felt when I was putting the weight back on! ;)

    Thanks! I'm ready to feel healthy again. I'm just so sick of myself at this point! I was looking at some of my old photoshoots today, and it is almost unbelievable how far I've let myself go! I used to say if I see the weight gain I'll stop it immediately, but now it's just not that easy. :[ I've added you! Thanks!!

    I also am getting back on track, starting this week, and I looked at some of my old modeling photos and cried. I'm sick of how I look. My boyfriend says I'm fine but I don't feel fine, mentally or physically so it's time to get back to it.
