I'm not doing anything to figure out how many calories I burn while sleeping. I never even knew calories were burned while sleeping until I bought a Fit Bit. So when I see those numbers I'm like mmmm? is that correct haha

I went for a walk today and and when I started the timer for it, it stated it "couldn't connect to my phone" So I just assumed it wouldn't record/recognize it. I went for two 15 minute walks today during my breaks at work and just turned my data on and then clicked "done". So I don't need to do this ? It will just sync…

Thanks people :) I'm going to double check tomorrow if I read the right thing. I know for sure there were calories burned that looked way more then there should have been for sleeping. I will double check this tomorrow morning to see if it was the steps and not something else.

I'm trying to lose 8 pounds. I just started this at the beginning of the week, and so far I've never been able to reach 140g of protein anyways haha. I actively strength train 5 times a week along with a 10 minute HITT on the elliptical afterwards. Thanks for your input :)

Thanks I also own an elliptical and I love it. I also just got a dog Norman so I will be doing lots of walking with him burning some extra calories :)

Thanks so much for the feedback ! :) Has anyone noticed if they got really toned from it or lost weight? My sister loves it so I'm trying it with her tomorrow. She said she loves Yin, Hatha, she likes hot yoga the least...and yoga flow is fun but hard for her. I told her we should try them all out to see what I may like :)

I like weights but I already finished my program I'm doing so I started doing it over again...so it will get repetitive and perhaps boring...but I'm getting great results from it...I'm thinking weight training and yoga on my opposite days would work out perfect.
