I think the hardest for me is going to be the hour of strength training. But I am going to try to do 15min a day to build up to it.

Can anyone give me some ideas for the strength training? I have no weights at home and live in a small community with no access to a gym. March 30 - 45 min of zumba

I am not sure a out the shake be ause I reay dont know much about it but I would start with warm broth, jello, Popsicles, ice cream. Anything that is easy to swallow. This is what I do with my daughter who is prone to strep throat. Good luck and hope he feels better soon!

I was born with 1.5 livers. I also have a very mild form of spinabifida and had an extra bone on my lower vertebrae that my spinal cord grew around. It was actually split in two! When they read the MRI the technician thought it was a picture from a parapeligic!

I log activities with the kids. They are calories I wouldn't burn on a normal day. Same as an earlier post I always knock the time down a little because of stops.

On days that I struggle to get to my calories I will have a tablespoon of peanut butter, chop an egg on top your salad. Or have a yogurt in the morning.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroid about 8 years ago. The doctor played around with my meds trying to find something that worked.
