I am a couple days behind so got to catch up! Will double up in next few days. Didn't do the strength training but went out and taught my nephews how to play football today. They were a little shocked their aunt could play!

I like the zumba for the wii and have "my shape". Also if you reay get into just dance or dance dance revolution they can be a real big burn.

I love this! I had orange, red, green, white. You can find veggies and fruit in all shades.

Hi everyone! I don't have access to a bike so I did a 45 minute hike and spent the day playing with the kids outside.

I managed to do a few but was to hard on my back injury so I opted to go outside and play in the snow with my kids.

My favorite is to take 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup skim milk. cook at a low heat. When almost thickened to where I like, I add a handful of blueberries, a tablespoon of vanilla coffee creamer and a dash of cinnamon. Cook for another 5 minutes and enjoy!

I have been on synthroid since 2011. My dosage started at 75 but now I am at 250. Symptoms: dry skin, hair loss, cold, tired++++, and I put on 40lbs in 5 months.

30 minute walk done. I am so glad there is a walking track at the arena because we got 6 inches of snow!!

I like sugar snap peas, yogurt with bran buds, all fruits, veggie juices, rice cakes with pb.

Done I did 20 against the wall and 20 knee push ups.

Girly pushups it is for me. I have very weak arms and weigh to much.

I dont remember jumping rope to be do hard ! I was able to do 2 sets of 4 minutes but that's it. Also did some dancing with my daughter.

50 crunches done! Had to break it into 2 sets but I did it!
