I've reached my goal weight so my new way of treating myself is to put a dollar in a jar on my desk everytime I work out and use that to by myself something nice! I have my eye on some perfume on strawberrynet atm and every workout! has me one step closer

I don't have an opinion on whether you should or shouldn't eat them back. I eat mine back and it works for me have had a steady loss since I joined.

I'll often have a day a week where I eat my maintenance calories rather than my calorie goal with the deficit. Personally I don't think there is a problem with that. I don't consider it a binge day or a day off, just a day thats slightly more relaxed. Once I reach my goal everyday will be like that anyway!

You don't have to have a smartphone, there are various podcasts that you can download to any old MP3 Player for free off the internet, or you can just do the programme without the voive prompts if you think you can remeber where you're up to! I've done C25K and love it, looking at doing 30DS too and alternating days

Thanks for your replies, I've looked up my BMR, its 1361 so in theory I'm trying to eat less than if I lay in bed all day. khipson, thanks I think I'll give that a go, at least if I have a more achievable goal I'll be less likely to give up! I'm definately eating my cals lost through exercise and then some!
