HRM's were you suprised by cals burned?
Did you notice a big difference in cals estimated by MFP/Gym machines and the cals burned on your HRM? And did your HRM give you a higher or lower estimate?

Scanner Inaccurate?

Getting 'thinner' without loosing 'weight'
My BMI is 21.5, I'm 5'3" (160cms) and 121lbs (55kgs) and having trouble working out what my next goal is. Pulled Hamstring?
I think I may have injured my hamstring? I have quite a strong 'pulling' pain down the back of my right thigh, it came on yesterday during the day with no warning, I did the 30DS on the morning but was fine straight after. Could MFP have my calories wrong?
I joined MFP 5 days a ago entered my stats and it suggested that to loose .5kg per week I stick to a 1200 calorie diet! That freaked me a bit but I decided to give it a go.
