Exercise Advice Please

Have reached my goal weight of 54kgs (119lbs I'm 160cm or 5,3) and came to the realisation that I was focusing (or obsessing) on calories rather than health or fitness. Trying to get as many treats in as possible without going over my calories. My new focus is eating and exercising for health, fitness and strength.
I want to get fit, and tone up, build strength but I'm really busy I work fulltime and have two small children. I also don't have access to a gym I love walking and swimming which are both good cario (I think?) but aren't so great for toning (I would have thought?)
Any reccomendations on how I can mix it up a bit and get some good results?
