How do I mannually add exercise?

I'm obviosuly missing something, how do I manually log the calories for a work out if they're recorded on an HRM or equipment?

Ok , figured out how to manually ad the cals, can I add my own description or do I have to pick somehting off the list?0

exercise > cardio > add exercise > search for the "workout"
sometimes you can use a "generic" form from the list IE
Zumba is marketed in infomercial and for the Wii as DANCING which is in the database
P90X, insanity, 30 day shred and others that combine strength and cardio are "circuit training" in the database
or right below the "search results box" is "can't find what you're looking for? add to the database (should be add to YOUR database as YOU adding zumba doesn't make it available for me)0
