Made a lemon curd tart at the weekend and want to add the recipe to my MFP, but the lemon curd (homemade) is a recipe in itself, is there a way to add a recipe to a recipe as an ingredient?

Sadly as far as I can tell the answer is no. I've tried to do it before and it won't let me see recipes when I search for an ingredient in a recipe.0

yes, search for your lemon curd on the database.0

You would have to make the Recipe for the lemon curd FIRST, then enter the totals for the lemon curd in the database. THEN you could pull up the totals for the lemon curd to put into another recipe, I thiink.0

Ah I see, I don't add my recipes to the database so that must be why they don't come up when looking for an ingredient, will have a try now
thanks for your help!0
