Is there any way of getting rid of these? I use a shaker at work to make my shakes, have tried all sorts of things, shaking for ages, shaking then leaving then shaking again. Any tips?

I use one of those handheld blenders to make mine - no lumps.0

Like the stick ones that you can just put in the glass? Might have to get one for the office.0

I have a normal drink bottle but add 2 to 3 plastic ice cubes from my freezer, they seem to brake up the lumps adequately and cool down the shake, result!0

You can get the shaker with a whisk ball in it. It helps a lot with lumps.0
