  • what is shakology? is that what u used?....How much did u weigh before? when did u start?..when did u reach ur goal?...did u use free weights or machines? cardio?...just want more info to see if i am on the right path....TY
  • If it is what I think it is..u should see what the recommendations are for pull ups and sit ups per rep etc..hope that helps a bit...:)
  • It's a myth! Persistant workouts and a good diet do pay off..I know, I am 50 and lost 77 lbs in 8 months! Still have 40 to go...PUSH ON!
