Help needed to work out

How to know how many calories I have used up on a power trainer.

Can anyone help.

  I don't even know what a power trainer is, sorry. Maybe you can find something close to it on this calculator.

  If it is what I think it is..u should see what the recommendations are for pull ups and sit ups per rep etc..hope that helps a bit...:)
