I was wondering the same thing with my fitbit-saying I have walked 316 steps when I have gone almost 11k... strange!

I am just under 5'2" and I am 138 (aiming for 125). BF is 26.8%. Chest is 33, waist 29.5, hips 39- slowly all of these numbers are getting smaller :) I started out at 160, 42.9% BF, 34 chest, 33.5 waist, 41 hips (17 months ago)

I also workout at 5:30. I usually grab homemade protein squares to eat on my way, and mix up a shake to eat in the car after the gym (1/2 c quick oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c almond milk- put in shaker bottle).
