I'm not a HUGE fan of the flavour of it...so I tend to flavour the heck out of it. Just treat it like rice really...sometimes I add garlic/spinach/cherry tomatoes/basil to it. Can barely taste the quinoa that way haha

I'm so proud of myself for getting up this morning and doing my workout even though I'd been up for most of the night with my son with the flu! I am feeling great about myself today for that :)

I just started using moroccan oil. It has CHANGED MY HAIR. Love the stuff. I can't believe I just found out about it. Fantastic stuff, my hair is soo soo soft now!

Thanks everyone :) I had been wanting to write myself this kind of note, as there are sometimes days when it feels to hard and I want to give up. But today is a GOOD day. :) I'm glad I shared it!

I'm in! I'm doing the Biggest Loser Kinect 3x30 mins a week, treadmill 3x30 mins a week. I plan to lose 8 lbs in Feb. (I'll take more if I can get it though lol)

I was diagnosed with fatty liver about 15 yrs ago. I had lost 70lbs and my liver had recovered. Unfortunately, I've gained the weight back now...so here I am!
