How to increase my pace
I'm on w8d1 of c25k. I'm doing it on my treadmill. I'm 46 and overweight (down 27.5lbs though!) I'm a really slow runner. I walk at 3.0 and run at 3.5. I'd like to work on my pace once I complete the program. I'm wondering if I should: 1) redo the program with increased speeds or 2) Keep running 30-40 mins and increase my…

Default meal names and vivofit syncing
Hi! Can someone let me know what the default meal names are? I'm having difficulty syncing my meals to my vivofit, and have read that sometimes going back to the default names can correct that. It's been so long I can't remember what they originally were. :embarassed: tia!
