I work from home (daycare) and have a 3 yr old son....so my options are: Early morning or late at night. I get up at 5:30 am and work out on the treadmill or with the xbox in the basement.

I graduated on March 13th. I have run 5k three times since then. My next goal is to run 5k three times a week. Then... *gasp* I'm going to build my confidence and start running outside (once all the snow is gone!) I'm still amazed that I was able to finish this... :happy:

I eat all kinds, just go for the leaner cuts. One meat that I do eat a lot of is bison. Very similar to beef, yet closer in calories to chicken breast. :)

I just put in ____ minutes walking at _____ speed, and _____ minutes running at _____ speed. (Now I'm at 3.5 walk and 5.0 run.....but do what you're comfortable with)

Your weight can vary a lot day by day...are you weighing in at the same time every weighin? Make sure you're taking your measurements too...you can be losing inches while not losing (or gaining) weight due to muscle. :)

I stole this from the biggest loser a few seasons ago... When I'm making spaghetti, I take some zucchini and cut it into spaghetti like strands.. Well this made me want chicken and salsa! Unfortunately hubby hates it...sooo I'm baking some breasts with a bit of red pepper flake seasoning, then mine will go into a wrap with salsa...and he can eat his plain with rice n veg.

I walk at 3.5, I started running at 4, but now after 4 weeks I've increased my running speed to 5. (I just doubled up on one of the weeks during the increase)
