I have been doing really good and following my food intake and making sure I walk everyday...But I gained back 3 pounds! Which I do not understand, because my clothes are getting loose on me!
So now I need to think whether or not I need to join a gym. If maybe I need more than a simple walk can do for me? My thing is I was in Curves before and I got so bored I stopped going...that is my fear.
What is your opinion on it?

Gaining muscle?Try doing something different for exercise?0

Could be muscle, could be water retention especially if your clothes are fitting looser. I don't suggest curves, join a gym with multiple types of equipment in addition to offering workout classes, that way you get the whole package.0

Anyone would get bored at curves, it's a boring place.
Join a real gym.
Are you using MFP to track your calories? Are you under every day? You can't be under and gain 3lbs.... know what I'm sayin?0 -

Ever since I joined MFP I have been under in my calories and I track everything I eat and drink. I also drink lots more water daily than I ever did before.0 -
Your weight can vary a lot day by day...are you weighing in at the same time every weighin? Make sure you're taking your measurements too...you can be losing inches while not losing (or gaining) weight due to muscle.0

Thanks, I am getting my measurements done today as a matter of fact0 -
It's water retention. It's very common and even if you don't workout your body has a natural cycle, no different than the tide. And it's not muscle since you seem to be on larger caloric deficit. And it's not fat as you would have to consume an extra 24500 calories to gain 1 lb of fat.
BTW, either join a gym or get a in home workout program like P90X2 or Turbofire. They are awesome.0
