Absolutely! I started Insanity a few weeks ago. Today I did 60 minutes and burned 631 calories. It was INTENSE!!

I weigh and take measurements every Thursday morning as soon as I wake up. I used to weigh-in on Mondays, but found myself frustrated, especially if I cheated on the weekend.

I'm 5'7 @ 177lbs and size 12 now. I have lost just about 20lbs since Christmas. I have alot of muscle mass, so my first goal is to get to 160lbs and to see how I feel. If I feel I could lose more and still be healthy, I'll try for 150lbs.

I love scrambling egg whites with veggies (mushrooms, onions, asparagus, sundried tomato), turkey sausage, and fat free feta cheese, top it with some salsa and eat with and orange and a fresh cup coffee and I am good to go for the day!
