I had lost 60 pounds before getting pregnant and took a break from mfp during my pregnancy. I now have a 3 week old that I'm strictly breastfeeding and hoping to lose most of the weight I gained back by breastfeeding until I get the okay to start working out (had a c-section). Sad to see most of the people on my friends…

I use a little concealer and some mascara to curl my eyelashes. Nothing too crazy :)

I'm on day 10 and my legs have gained A LOT of muscle already. My problem area is my tummy so I'm hoping for a toned stomach when I finish!

Start with 3's or 5's & do each level for 10 days :) I weight train a lot so I go back and forth between 8's & 10's throughout the video.
