Just did my first day of month 2. WOW. No idea how I got through the fit test and max interval circuit but I feel soooo good now :bigsmile:

No it doesn't get easier but I recover quicker, I am in my last week of month 1 and totally scared about month 2 :noway:

Just finished my 3rd week...its hard but I love it. I seem to be the odd one out and hate pure cardio but love power and resistance :ohwell: Can't say I am looking forward to month 2 though :laugh:

I have just done my 2nd fit test today and noticed some improvement. It is hard but great at the same time, much better than 30DS (in my opinion). Good luck :happy:

I think I must be insane to do this in my lack of shape and fitness! I did my first actual Insanity workout today and it killed me (probably didn't help I have been sick so haven't eaten since Saturday) can tell this is going to be a love/hate relationship but I l kinda like the way within minutes you can feel the sweat…

Your doing great, the first few steps are always the hardest. Stop putting yourself down too, everybody is beautiful it is just society that is ugly Your body will soon start to tell you if you are going to quick. Good luck :)

I have only just seen this but going to try and give it a go in the (almost) 8wks left. I am 5'4" have a total of 54lbs to lose so the more I can lose by St. Paddy's the better :happy:

5lb, they are all I have (and I have 2 sets for some reason) I find the side lunges with arm raises hell with these though :sad:

When I compete the horses in the Summer I am up from 3:30am till 12am and I always feel like I should be eating more these days as I am active continuously (apart from the journey there and back). another vote forthe 30DS, it only takes 20minutes a day and all you need is weights :)

thanks guys, also I am thinking about doing it whilst on the last level of the 30DS so that I don't have to do it through my exams in January. Is this a bad idea?
