Hi Everyone- I turn 50 in February, so I'm motivated to begin AGAIN for the 3rd time the C25K program to get me jogging, and loose 25 pounds. I'd like to see 5 pounds gone in February, and add to the 3 days a week, 30 minute C25K program with several long walks a week. I'm doing 4-6 30 minute dog walks now before dinner…
