Yep! When I went from 160lbs down to a little under 100lbs (I am 4'11") several years ago I went from a size 6 1/2 shoe to 5 1/2 shoe. It all depends where you gain weight. If for some reason like me you gained in your feet then you will lose in your feet!

I am addicted to diet coke. I quit drinking it as much as I used to (4-5 cans a day). They say that it can trigger you to eat sweets, but I don't have that problem so I still drink them. I try to cut down on a lot of processed unhealthy stuff but I don't want to get rid of all of it.

I do and sometimes they are off on MFP and sometimes its within 10 or so calories. I always go by my HRM (Polar FT4) unless it acts wonky during my workouts.

I am all in favor of the calories in vs. calories out approach, but you have taken this to a whole other level. I eat 100 to 120 grams per day which is my 30% goal. I have physical stomach problems eating more than that per day on 1600 calories. I thought about this so I kept my calories the same while I took the 2 week break from my work outs. I had no loss/ but way more energy by still eating 1600 calories sedentary. I am talking I was falling asleep during dinner and I am super tired all day at work once I started working again.

The 1600 is based off lightly active TDEE with a 15% cut. Do you think I should up it?

That is a good question. I would to know which number to go with too! I ended up going with an average (I can't remember where I got it from! lol) of all of them and came up with 1600 for me. not sure if that is right. But I totally understand the overload of info!! Good luck!

Please take BMI with a grain of salt hun! BMI does not account for alot of things and one of them is muscle! If you want a better way of knowing if you are healthy then have your body fat tested!!
